The Gambero Rosso Guide rewards Le Monde’s Pinot Bianco with the prestigious Tre Bicchieri award, recognizing its excellence once again.
A wine that impresses and conquers for its velvety, warm, all embracing and balanced body. Le Monde’s signature Pinot Blanc is definitely a wine of character, crisp, coming from the clay and limestone soils of the western part of Friuli, which create ideal conditions for this white grape variety that is as noble as it is difficult. Le Monde presents a refined version of the well-known French varietal: this wine is considered one of the best interpretations of Pinot Blanc in our peninsula. The nose immediately reminds of white peach and hints of spice. The Pinot Blanc from Le Monde winery, thanks to its ductility at the table, goes well with a wide range of dishes, but seafood appetizers, shellfish and crustaceans particularly enhance its characteristics.

A Cabernet Franc vinified in purity, for a Doc Friuli that tells, under the aegis of the lion of Vigneti Le Monde, all the complexity of a frontier territory such as that of Prata di Pordenone. One foot still in Veneto, the roots firmly planted in the clayey soil at the base of the Friulian mountains, where the choice to pursue integrated cultivation makes it possible for Nature to help Nature itself. The result in the bottle is a wine of great character, decisive – like the people of these lands -, which conquers the sight of the deep ruby red, which in the moving glass is tinged with garnet reflections.

2020 was an important year for the Consorzio di Tutela Prosecco Doc, a year that saw the arrival, after much effort, of an important goal: the modification of the production regulations with the now historic addition of Prosecco Doc Rosé. A watershed that does not change the reality, but recognizes it and gives it dignity, strong in the increasingly strong trend that sees Italian rosé wines at the center of the world scene. An expansion of the Prosecco Doc universe which, as of today, also corresponds to that of the Vigneti Le Monde family, whose ranks have been enriched by the new Prosecco Doc Rosé. Fresh, cheerful and joyful as a debutante, this wine deeply talks about the territory and about the winery itself.
